Meet Dr. Benjamin W. Walline
Benjamin W. Walline, DDS, MD
Dr. Walline is a board-certified physician Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with a particular interest in corrective jaw surgery and dental implant placement. Dr. Walline is originally from Nebraska and attended dental school at the University of Nebraska. After dental school, Dr. Walline completed a general practice residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in San Francisco. He was then accepted to medical school at the UCLA School of Medicine in a combined program that included an internship in General Surgery and three additional years of training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After completing his residency, Dr. Walline served as an associate in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department of the Southern California Permanente Medical Group for three years.
Dr. Walline enjoys traveling and participates in many medical missions. He has performed reconstructive and cleft surgeries along with the education and training of local surgeons. These humanitarian trips have taken him to Vietnam, Jamaica, Honduras, Mexico, Nepal and Cambodia.
